Ciel joins IHG’s prestigious Vignette Collection
Ciel, the world’s tallest hotel and The First Group’s most ambitious project to date, is set to open as a Vignette Collection hotel in 2025
Ciel, the world’s tallest hotel tower set to open in Dubai Marina next year, will join IHG’s prestigious Vignette Collection portfolio, following the signing of a landmark agreement between The First Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The Vignette Collection is a family of one-of-a-kind, exclusive hotels curated for guests seeking rich and varied stay experiences.
The agreement will enable The First Group to promote Ciel’s unique identity as the world’s tallest hotel, while benefiting from IHG’s global scale and luxury and lifestyle hospitality expertise.

The First Group’s largest and most ambitious project to date, Ciel is the latest icon to join Dubai Marina’s world-famous skyline.
Standing at 365 metres and spanning more than 80 floors, the hotel will feature more than 1,000 guestrooms and suites, along with premium amenities including Dubai’s highest infinity pool, multiple restaurants, a spa, and a rooftop observation deck offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
Burns stated that Ciel’s iconic design, prime location, and exceptional guest amenities will set a new benchmark for lifestyle-focused hospitality in Dubai.
