New Dubai estate to feature mega mall and two lifestyle hotels
One of Dubai’s newest districts is set to feature a mega mall, two lifestyle hotels and a raft of leisure facilities that will appeal to visitors and residents alike.
The Dubai Hills Estate is a green city within the city covering some 11 million square metres and featuring a central park, a championship golf course, a world-class mall, two lifestyle hotels, a bustling boulevard with modern cafes and restaurants, and more than 45 km of trekking trails.
A joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, Dubai Hills Estate will be accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road, and is located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: “Dubai Hills Estate brings a unique value proposition to Dubai serving as a green oasis in the heart of the city, only minutes away from Downtown Dubai and other business centres.”
Marking the first phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid City, Dubai Hills Estate is one of the largest master-planned communities in the city and will be a drawcard for local and international visitors.
The golf course alone will occupy a massive 1.29 million square metres, overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline.
The mega-development will also have a centrally located mall and community retail areas including a boutique mall for high-end brands, two world-class hotels, schools, tennis and sports centres, and a bustling boulevard of about 7 km with innovative leisure, retail and F&B choices.
Apart from the cycling tracks and walkways, Dubai Hills Estate aims to promote an environmentally sustainable lifestyle with effortless connectivity to public modes of transport including a Dubai Metro link. A dedicated Dubai Hills Rail line will connect residents and visitors to the two international airports in the city.
