Block work is completed from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor and it is ongoing on the 7th floor.

The First Group Interior design team and the teams of the specialized consultants are having regular workshop sessions with the operator to go through the design details of the hotel’s rooms, common areas and food and beverage outlets.

Our kitchen and food and beverage consultants are preparing the floor plan drawings for the back of house areas to be presented to the operator for his review.
