The snagging/ de snagging process of the units has started and expected to be completed by the end of June, 2013.
The temporary power required for carrying out the AC testing and commissioning should be supplied to the building by the authorities in the middle of July 2013; the contractor will need 3 weeks to complete this task.
Once the above task is completed the final coat of paint will be applied and then the delivery of the furniture will follow; this process should be starting at the end of August, 2013 and it needs 45 days to be completed; in the interim the civil defense and Dubai municipality certificates will be obtained and collected.
75% of the units have been de snagged; the balance will be completed by the end of July 2013.
The fixing of the kitchen cabinets in all the units will be completed by the end of July, 2013.
The steel Mesh at the top of the building’s façade will be completed by the first week of August, 2013.

The delivery of the furniture by the supplier has commenced with the full building furnishing due to be completed by the end of the middle of March, 2014.
Civil defense (CD) had their first inspection to the building on 19/1/2014. A list of comments was issued to the contractors; they are working through it and need 3 weeks to complete it.
Once the CD certificate is issued Dubai Municipality inspection will follow which is expected to take a place by the end of Feb 2014; DM certificate will be issued thereafter.
The delivery of the furniture by the supplier has commenced with the full building furnishing due to be completed by the middle of March, 2014.
Civil defense certificate issued on 19/2/2014.
Dubai Municipality first inspection was carried out on 24/2/2014, minor comments were issued; the next inspection is scheduled on 3/3/2014; DM certificate will be issued thereafter.
Dubai Municipality completion certificate was issued on 26/05/2014.
The building was fully energized on the 4th of May, 2014.
The contractor has completed the testing and commissioning of the Air Conditioning systems in the building.
The furniture delivery has commenced with installation due to be completed by the end of July, 2014.
The corridors final coat of paint will be completed after all the furniture is installed in the units.
